Week 2 - We are special

Our 2nd week, though a short one, was a full one! We loved having the opportunity to look through each other's boxes and use the clues inside to guess who they belonged to. They really got us thinking! We learnt so much about each other and how individual we all are. We read the book 'The Hueys in the New Sweater' by Oliver Jeffers, which made us realise how being different is what makes us special.

 

 

 

 

We loved meeting our Grade 4 buddies! We played some getting to know you games and then paired up with a new friend and had the challenge to find out some new facts about them.

  

Also, take a look at the impressive constructing we did last week. Can you spot the model of ISM? It includes a cafeteria, a theatre, a kindergarten, a first grade classroom and a fully functioning playground! I think we may have some architects in our midst!
